My tickets all have the same name on, is this ok?
Yes. Orders for multiple tickets will only display one primary ticket holder name as standard. This does not affect entry for the unnamed guests as long as you all arrive together with the primary ticket holder named on the order. Multiple ticket orders cannot be split.
I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
As clearly stipulated at checkout, this ticket is non-transferable (no name changes) and non-refundable except in the instance of event cancellation.
Where can I find the lineup?
Opening Times, Line-ups and Drink Token information will be announced closer to the event on SidewinderFestival's social media channels.

I haven't received my ticket?
Please allow 24hrs for your ticket receipt to come through. If not, you can re-send your tickets here. If after 24 hours they still do not arrive, you may contact us by clicking here to send us a support request. Note any emails before this period of time will not be answered.
